Identifying automation opportunities and process optimization

During the discovery workshops, you will review an organization’s business processes and identify areas that would benefit from optimization. While drawing high-level diagrams for the key business processes, you will be able to identify opportunities for automation. Legacy systems often involve the manual processing of data. That is where the automation capabilities within the Power Platform framework come into play. You will seek to identify areas of the current business processes suitable for automation.

Let’s take the example of a new customer onboarding journey, where prospective clients navigate onto a company website or portal and enter their personal and business details to apply for a product offered by the organization.
