Technology and human capital have a strictly interlinked relationship. The means through which the former is deployed in an organization can create a significant competitive advantage and is heavily dependent on the availability of the latter. For instance, let us suppose that two different organizations are building a GCP public cloud platform team. It is expected that the organization that is more advanced in terms of GCP knowledge and skills is likely to build a higher-quality GCP platform more quickly than the one that is less knowledgeable and skilled.
