Summary
In this chapter, we learned that there is a balance between having not enough or having too much process. We discussed key procedures for artifact ownership and how ownership facilitates trust, accuracy, and communication speed. We reviewed how to configure and execute a content certification process. We defined a workflow and set up projects for collecting and managing request queues via Domo Projects and Tasks and Buzz. We walked through the phases and steps for managing the content backlog. And finally, we addressed the strategy options available for dealing with artifact development and migration. As a result, we are very prepared to put in place just the right amount of process to regulate the traffic in our data democracy.
