Celebrating successes
We have previously mentioned that becoming a data-literate organization is a journey over time. This journey requires a proper change management process. One of the key elements of this approach, to help reinforce the change, is to celebrate successes when they happen. This will not only increase morale overall, but more importantly, it will help build support for those employees who have not embraced or adopted the change to data literacy because they want to see it to believe it. These successes do not have to be large wins; even small wins, such as people completing a training course, will boost engagement.
