Learning how Foundation implements grids
Similar to Bootstrap, Foundation is a true veteran of CSS Frameworks. Its first release dates back to September 2011, putting its date of initial release near Bootstrap’s.

Foundation has received many updates over the years, with the current version being Foundation 6. Although many asked whether it was still maintained, the developers stated in December 2022 that they were working on a beta for Foundation 7.
Foundation has had three different grid systems, all still documented and available, although two are deactivated by default. We’ll go through all of them next.
