The preceding scenario provided an overview of how business process flows and business processes work, and how they can be helpful for automation in Dynamics 365. You learned how to use business process flows to execute logical processes or steps in your business process. In addition to this, we looked at how business rules can easily define and set criteria for validating data, setting visibility, and disabling fields. You may also have noticed that they are very simple to create without coding.
In the next chapter, we will be covering some features that we have not covered in the previous chapters of this book. We will look at features such as the customer field type, solution improvements, feedback and rating functionality, and also the Relevance Search functionality.
