We have covered so much in this chapter on Xero HQ. There is one more area I want to just touch on. That is the Practice area. Practice gives you information about your Xero business, information on how to build your business, and actionable resources. I am going to just touch on this, as I highly recommend that if you are a Xero partner or are about to become one, you reach out to your Xero rep and have them walk you through this section of Xero HQ. There are many moving pieces to this, and it is best to have the most up-to-date details explained to you by your rep.

I will say that this is important, as it keeps count of your Xero points and gives you an immediate status of your firm’s partner level.

The Practice overview also gives you details of who your Xero rep is and how to contact them. In addition, the Partner Resources section at the bottom of the page is very helpful to those firms just starting out. I highly recommend the Partner toolkit, which contains...
