Technical requirements
In this chapter, you will need to have the ability to create teams in your organization, which is on by default unless an administrator has restricted team creation. To create an org-wide team specifically, you'll need to be a global administrator.
Then, to manage users in this chapter, you'll need to be a team owner to manage your team's membership via the client application. To use the Teams admin center or PowerShell, you'll need to be a Teams service administrator or global administrator.
And lastly, to configure dynamic team membership, you'll need the global administrator or user administrator role and an Azure AD Premium P1 license.
