Riding on the Solution Train
The Solution Train is an organizational structure that SAFe implements to support the development and delivery of large and complex solutions. A Solution Train consists of multiple Agile Release Trains operating in a coordinated fashion toward a standard set of business and product objectives. Also, the Solution Training coordinates the activities of external suppliers and partners who contribute to the solution objectives.
The Solution Train aligns the activities of the ARTs to support a shared business and technology mission. The Solution Train implements a shared solution Vision, Backlog, and Roadmap, and aligns the arts to work within the same PI cadence.
