Summary
In this chapter we looked at how the OpsWorks service can help us provision and deploy both our infrastructure and application. It does this by using stacks and layers. We also learned that OpsWorks is a good way to quickly transition a team that is currently using either Chef or Puppet to provision their servers and/or applications in their current environment.
In the next chapter, we will learn about the Elastic Beanstalk service and how it can help you deploy your applications into environments, create revisions for those applications, and help you monitor those applications using a number of different programming languages.
