1. A. Dale is not a member of the private channel's parent team

Explanation: You can only add private channel members if the individual is already a member of the private channel's parent team. Private channel membership is a subset of the overall team's membership. For example, if you're not already a member of a team called Mark 8 Project Team, Mary would first have to make you a team member to be able to add you to the private Contracts channel.

2. B and C. Enable channel moderation and add the power user members to moderators

Explanation: Channel moderation is used to restrict members' ability to post in particular channels. To use this, you'd need to first enable channel moderation for the channel in question, then add members as moderators of that channel to grant them posting permission.
