Android Developer Console

Now, to test/publish your game or to add achievements, you will need to upload your app to the Android's Developer Console. It has a one-time fee of 25 USD. Once paid, you can publish and test as many games/apps as you want.

If you have your Gmail ID ready, head on to https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup/#; to sign up as an Android developer. The following window will be displayed:

Click on the Continue to payment button and have your credit card ready. Once payment is made, you will have access to the Developer Console. Congratulations! You are an Android developer now.

You will be greeted with the following screen. I already have some games and apps on the android store, so your existing apps will show up here:

While we are here, let us create a new app. Click on the + Create application button on the top-right corner:

In the dialog box, specify the language and title of the game here. Next specify the details in the Title and Short description fields and then...
