I am hopeful that the last eight chapters were explained in such a way that you feel armed and ready to take on the challenge of bringing or accelerating the usage of data and analytics to help manage your workforce.

In the following pages, you will find a general roadmap that you can publish into your own presentations to senior leaders, as well as a flowchart to help you decipher what happens each step of the way with the expected deliverables. You don’t need to present it all at once - you have a long-term game plan about which you can explain and sound knowledgeable.

Having this all in one place is very beneficial to ensuring that you are able to execute on the strategy and not just talk about it. Execution means everything.

The Project Plan

Step 1:
