Designing with TEC teams

The transformation itself is led by the members of the TEC teams working as micro-enterprises. These teams will cycle through the learn, build, and measure cycle to drive the design process for the enabling technology. So, looking at Figure 11.4, what are important topics to learn, build, and measure?

The main learning topics are listed as follows:

• Omniversal care, including a common understanding between social and medical care and the possibilities of technology, is one of the challenges ahead
• The different forms of networked care; case management, stepped care, integrated care, and directed care
• Digitalization from the act to the treatment loop, including the use of AI algorithms
• Cooperation with other teams in teams of teams to enable systems innovation into sustainable healthcare
