Reporting Features for Managers

So far, you have experienced the reporting features of Captivate Prime when logged in as an administrator. In this section, you will discover that most of the features discussed in this chapter are also available to managers.

There is one important difference between accessing the reports as an administrator versus accessing the reports as a manager. Administrators have access to all the data collected by Captivate Prime while managers only have access to the data pertaining to their team.

You will now log in to Captivate Prime as Manager 01 and explore the reporting features from a manager's perspective:

1. Log into your Captivate Prime account as Manager 01.

   Remember that in Captivate Prime, a manager is first and foremost a learner just like any other. This is the reason why Manager 01 is directed to the learning experience by default.
