Summary

In this appendix, we learnt how to create a basic Appium test framework that is very similar in form to the Selenium framework, we built up throughout the rest of the book. We have used the Appium desktop application to find the locators required for our page objects and we have used ADB to find out package names to use in our Appium tests. Finally, we learnt how to configure our POM.xml to download and start up Appium as part of a standard Maven build.
