Project plan
In the previous chapters, we discussed different types of project management methodologies. For this purpose, we will assume that a hybrid project management methodology is being used. Though the project plan is created by the project manager assigned to the RPA team, it is also the responsibility of the solution architect to understand the project plan and contribute to its development. It doesn’t matter which project management methodology we are using, the project management phases should be very carefully crafted with input from the solution architect and the development team so that the project can be executed smoothly.
