Conventions used

There are a number of text conventions used throughout this book.

Code in text: Indicates code words in text, database table names, folder names, filenames, file extensions, pathnames, dummy URLs, user input, and Twitter handles. Here is an example: “ To verify the installation, run the aforementioned python --version command in the command prompt.”

A block of code is set as follows:

def can_handle_user_input(self, user_input: str) -> bool:
    return True
def user_input(self, user_input: str) -> str:
    return self.telegram_utils.ask_user(prompt=user_input)

Any command-line input or output is written as follows:

python -m autogpt

Bold: Indicates a new term, an important word, or words that you see onscreen. For instance, words in menus or dialog boxes appear in bold. Here is an example: “These are then found in the official Auto-GPT Discord server in the #plugins channel “
