Embedding Power BI as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps dashboard
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications natively offer us multiple panels that we can use without requiring any configuration. Most of these panels will be Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement dashboards, which we can use to quickly adopt the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, and we can even take them as a reference to create our custom panels or modify the native ones based on our needs.

In the preceding figure, we can see an example of a classic native Dynamics 365 Customer Service application dashboard. In Chapter 3, we saw how we can create our own native dashboards to extend Dynamics 365 applications.
