Technical requirements

To follow what is explained in this chapter, you’ll need the following:

• 1 GB of Dataverse capacity available to provision a new environment.
• Access to a Lifecycle Services (LCS) project with at least the capability to deploy a Tier 1 cloud-hosted environment in your Azure subscription. An available slot to deploy a Tier 2+ sandbox environment is also an option.
• If your tenant doesn’t allow everyone to create a Microsoft Power Platform environment, you need to be assigned the Dynamics 365 Administrator or Power Platform Administrator roles in your Active Directory.
• The user that does the setup needs to be licensed with either a Dynamics 365 Finance or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management license.
