Subscribing to reports
In the Creating custom reports section earlier in this chapter, you saw how to create a wide number of meaningful reports. But these reports are only useful if you visit them from time to time and examine how the figures evolve. Captivate Prime understands that administrators and managers are very busy with the day-to-day management of the organization and do not always have the opportunity to come and review statistics and reports directly on the platform.
That's why you can have Captivate Prime send your preferred reports by email on a regular basis. Note that this is only possible with the custom reports you have created yourself or with the custom reports available on custom dashboards that have been shared with you.
