The DevOps Multi-Speed Context, Vision, Objectives, and Change Nature

This chapter starts by introducing the concept of multi-speed and discussing its relevance in the DevOps adoption of an incumbent bank. Continuing, we will examine the importance of understanding the state-of-art DevOps context of an organization and outline the top 10 DevOps context parameters that represent an average sample of incumbent banks, along with how they are generated and their corresponding implications.
