Managing business relationships

Have you ever had an irate customer, whether it’s a customer who bought a network solution or was internally trying to connect to the network? And once the issue was resolved, you followed up to make sure that the service or solution met their needs? If the answer is “yes,” then you’re managing a business relationship.

It is important for a network architect to manage business relationships because it helps to establish trust and effective communication between the IT department and other departments or stakeholders within the organization.
