Automations in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps
Power Automate is one of the core solutions of Power Platform and is used to build automation and business processes. We can identify three main components of Power Automate: cloud flows, desktop flows, and business process flows (BPFs).
When we think about using Power Automate in our solutions, the first thing we should do is identify the type of process we need to cover the business requirement that was presented to us, and then move on to design, build, and test it. Cloud flows are useful to create automations using more than 700 native connectors offered by Microsoft, connectors created by independent publishers, an organization’s own connectors, or any application that has APIs available.
