Portfolio registry, governance, and readiness

A key and foundational parameter in your DevOps 360° evolution is to have a clear picture of which primary and secondary applications constitute the totality of your enterprise portfolio. Simply, which are the areas/teams of scope that need to adopt the evolution’s outcome? Moreover, what are the attributes of those applications that are crucial from a DevOps evolution perspective?
