Other settings that require attention
So far, we have looked at the two main settings required to get a Xero company up and running. Let’s look at the others you should address at this point.
Organizational details
Organizational details allow you to add things such as your business name, logo, social media, and website details to your Xero company. If you are going to be sending invoices, quotes, and even purchase orders, this is a must-do.
In that case, you should include these details in your online documents. At the top of the screen is a box asking whether you want to share these details on your online invoices. Of course, you do. Go ahead and click On if that is what you wish:

This will add a checkbox to the right of each item to allow you to choose what is included in those invoices:
