Publishing and configuring a custom app to Microsoft Teams
You and your organization's users can use the Developer Portal at https://dev.teams.microsoft.com to create and import custom apps. This replaces the former App Studio app deprecated in 2022. From the Developer Portal, you can create, configure, and brand your app before ultimately publishing it. When you're ready to publish, you have three options, as follows:
- Download the app package (which can then be uploaded, archived, and so on)
- Publish to your org
- Publish to the Teams store

As an admin, you can upload finished custom apps in ZIP format via the Microsoft Teams admin center. Navigate to Teams apps | Manage apps, then select Upload. As you're doing so, you'll want to be sure the app is working properly and has been tested...
