Triggering automation from your virtual assistant
In addition to consulting knowledge base articles, Power Virtual Agents can be used to set up a series of actions that we want to execute from a bot in Microsoft Teams. Thanks to the integration between Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate, we can trigger a cloud flow from a bot conversation. This opens the possibility not only to interact with Dataverse or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement but also to interact with any of the systems for which we have connectors available in Power Platform.
