Case study 4 – gruvyCars

The last case study is from the automobile industry of a company named gruvyCars that manufactures connected cars. The goal is to monitor the performance of the pipeline that manufactures connected cars. Connected cars are equipped with various sensors and systems that collect data on the car’s performance, and this data can be used to gain insight into the stability of the pipeline and the car’s behavior during manufacturing and identify any issues that may arise. gruvyCars needs to remain competitive in the market to maintain its market share, so everything they do is focused on setting aggressive targets and deadlines.
