Exploring the Looker home page, favorites, and boards
When on the Looker home page, you will see the menu (with Explore, Develop, and Admin) on the left, your favorite and recently viewed content in the center, and the From Your Organization section on the right.
The Looker home page is usually the place to start your Looker work. It is recommended to favorite some of your most used content so it appears on the home page and is easy to access.
While the home page is personalized for each user, Looker’s boards enable teams to discover and access curated collections of dashboards and Looks. These assets, which are organized within folders, can be pinned to multiple boards for convenient access.
Getting ready
Go to the Looker home page using the URL (your-instance-id).looker.app/browse (this URL structure works only for Looker Google Cloud core). You can also click on the Looker logo in the top-left corner of your Looker environment to go to the home page.
