Purging a queue

Purging a queue means deleting all the messages from a queue. To purge a queue, you can follow these steps:

1. Select a queue from the queue list, as shown in Figure 12.20:

2. Click Queue Actions, and then Purge Queue, shown as follows:

3. The subsequent screen displays a confirmation message with a number of messages that it would purge from the queue, as shown in Figure 12.22. Clicking the Yes, Purge Queue button purges the queue:
