Summary
We learned about SAS Studio Tasks
and Snippets
, how they are both used to produce reports, and how to use PROC TABULATE
and PROC REPORT
BASE procedures to make more complex table-based reports than with using PROC PRINT
.
We also walked through the ODS and how it enables the production of output in a variety of different output formats, such as HTML, PDF, and RTF. We were introduced to the five ODS Graphics procedures.
Finally, we learned how we can make our own snippets, which are saved under My Snippets
in SAS Studio.
In the next chapter, the reader will learn about the DS2 language, which is another programming language included in BASE SAS.
