Synchronizing data

As I discussed earlier, data synchronization is a type of data integration. However, not all data integration implies data synchronization. When working on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects, it is normal to encounter data synchronization requirements. This is because organizations have processes in other systems that are relevant to processes developed in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications. As examples, we can take the following scenarios:
