Creating and Managing Customization Policies

With Teams Premium, you can create and manage customization policies to specify the visual meeting themes and options available to users assigned a Teams Premium license. These customization policies can be configured in the Microsoft Teams admin center by navigating to Meetings | Customization policies.

Customization options include creating themes that allow you to set combinations of your organization’s colors, background images, and logos. You can allow meeting organizers to change the theme per policy and specify which backgrounds are available to users, as shown in Figure 9.6.
