Sending automated communications
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications have the customer at the center of their processes, so it is normal to expect to have multiple communications between the organization and the customer. Being able to automate part of these communications ends up being highly beneficial for users and organizations. It helps to save time in manual tasks, and this time can be applied to tasks that provide more value for the user, the business, and the customer.
