Technical requirements
In this chapter, you will need to have access to the Microsoft Teams admin center, which you can find at https://admin.teams.microsoft.com. You will need to be either a Global Administrator or a Teams Service Administrator to have full access to the features and capabilities within the Teams admin center.
If you don't have one of those roles, there are additional Teams roles, including Teams Communications Administrator, Teams Communications Support Engineer, and Teams Communications Support Specialist, who have partial access and abilities when it comes to some of these features, but not all. The Communications Administrator can manage calling and meeting features, the Communications Support Engineer can troubleshoot communication issues using advanced tools, and the Communications Support Specialist can troubleshoot communication issues using basic tools.
