Understanding best practices for a Domo organization structure
Organizationally, three primary roles with corresponding responsibilities are critical for a thriving analytics program, as seen in the following diagram:

Here is a description of each role and its responsibilities:
- Executive Sponsor: Senior executive owner of the strategy of where to apply Domo in the organization, including funding, initiative prioritization, success measures, staffing, and evangelization. Additional responsibilities include the following:
- Program champion
- Business case creation
- Resource prioritization
- Funding
- Success metrics
- Accountability
- MajorDomo: Leader who owns the overall success of the Domo program, ensuring value is realized. Drives tactical alignment of the business strategy and the technology. Other responsibilities include the following:
