Automating tasks
One of the most recurring use cases is the automation of repetitive or mundane tasks, which do not add value to the user who must perform them but is important to maintain the consistency of the business process being developed. Examples of this can be found in all Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, or Project Operations.
For ease, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement offers us the option to automate tasks without the need for code. We have the flexibility to use different types of mechanisms or tools to do so and get the type of automation we need in each case.
In the following chapter, we will take a deep dive into some examples of how to automate tasks in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
