Building custom portals for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
If we have a requirement to give access to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement processes and data to users who are not part of the organization and who do not act on behalf of it, the option we will have is to use Power Pages (formerly Power Apps portals). Power Pages is one of the products that we will find in Power Platform that allows us to design, build, and deploy web portals without the need for any development. Power Pages requires a Dataverse-enabled environment since the web configuration is based on records from a product-specific data model.
