In the previous section, you have learned how to import questions from a GIFT file. This workflow makes it easy to import Question Slides in Captivate. That being said, importing from a GIFT file has its own shortcomings:
- The biggest problem is to create the GIFT file. You need a GIFT compliant application or platform. And even when using such an application, you sometimes need to tweak the generated GIFT file before it can be inserted in Captivate with no errors.
- While there are lots of GIFT compliant applications, there are many Captivate users who do not have access to such a system.
