Congratulations on finishing yet another chapter! Summarizing what we did in this chapter, we learned how to prepare our video and screen recording in order to create a gaming montage video for a YouTube channel. We also covered adding animations, effects, transitions, and even GIFs to our video to help make the video more engaging.
Gameplay videos are a great practical exercise to do, as they have a lot of moving parts and each video can be done in a variety of different ways. The main thing is to edit it in a way that is not only cohesive and fun to watch but also in a way that you, the editor, like!
