In this chapter, you reviewed the extensive reporting capabilities available in Captivate Prime. These features can be seen as the fourth level of Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Learning Evaluation model. This is the results level where organizations take advantage of the data collected to measure the impact of learning on the organization as a whole.
A bunch of reports are available by default on every Prime account, but you can also create your own custom reports, export various datasets as CSV files, and subscribe to reports to have Captivate Prime send you the data pertaining to custom reports by email on a regular basis. Reports are organized into dashboards, and you can create your own custom dashboards in addition to the default dashboards available in Captivate Prime. Administrators can even share the custom dashboards they create with the managers present on the Prime account.
