Working With Peer Accounts
Sometimes, a single Captivate Prime account is enough for an organization to manage all of its training offerings. However, it's not uncommon for larger organizations to use several different Captivate Prime accounts. This allows for a great deal of flexibility and makes it possible to integrate Captivate Prime into virtually any type of organization, regardless of its size, complexity, and internal structure:
- Multinational organizations can use multiple Prime accounts for their various branches and regional offices.
- Multiple Prime accounts can be used for the different brands owned by a single corporation.
- Some organizations use multiple Prime accounts to increase the security of their training. Courses containing confidential information are hosted on a separate Prime account, which only accredited learners have access to.
