Sharing pages

Domo makes it very simple to share a page with other Domo users. To share an entire page, go to any page – in this case, 2020-Q4 Sales Miss for the West region – and click on the share icon on the toolbar, as shown in the following screenshot:

This will bring up the page sharing dialog, as shown in the following screenshot:

Let's look at the options shown in the preceding screenshot in detail:

• Click inside the Enter users, groups or emails box to pick who to share with. You can control whether to send an email notification by toggling the Send email notifications property.
• Click SHARE and the newly shared entity will appear in the Shared with list at the bottom of the dialog.
• The current list of people that the page is being shared with is searchable, so we can see in a long list whether the page has...
