Locating the information of a title element


We can change the styles of different elements, among other things, and as long as we learn how to edit CSS, we can completely change the look and feel of our Moodle on-premises. Step by step, we can learn how to identify the different elements so as to make changes to them.

In this example, we will locate the titles in order to add changes to them. First of all, we need to inspect the element in order to edit code and enhance it. We will change the font and size of the letters. After logging into Moodle on-premises, these are the steps that we have to follow:

  1. Highlight the element to inspect and right-click on it.

  2. Click on Inspect, as shown in the following screenshot:

  3. The code appears, and you need to identify the element.

  4. The element is shown highlighted in the following screenshot:

  5. The code reads as follows:
