Achieving Full SAFe®

Full SAFe is not a SAFe configuration, per se. Instead, it is the acknowledgment that large organizations often have multiple SAFe configurations and multiple instances of SAFe configurations operating in parallel. In this regard, Full SAFe is the most comprehensive configuration that blends all other SAFe configurations into an integrated whole:

Full SAFe supports the development and delivery of large integrated solutions that involve hundreds or even thousands of people to develop and maintain. Figure 13.6 illustrates the Full SAFe configuration.
