Chapter 11. Post-launching UX Activities
We have now come to the final part of UX. In this chapter, we will explain the next steps that we, as UX professionals, can take when we launch a product.
After we launch a product, we will need to learn more about the customers that will be using the product; we will need to reach out to them, listen to them, and improve the product for them.
We will elaborate on the kinds of metrics we should get from our customers, which parts of these metrics are important for us to know, and how we can use metrics to our benefit.
