Summary

In this chapter, we learned how to save your project in its final state, and how to export it in different audio types so that you can send it out as a final podcast, or post it on a website for download. We even discussed how to add some metadata tags for your podcast (artist, genre, title, and so on), and all the details for distributing your podcast, including posting to your own website or blog, and submitting it to the iTunes Store podcast directory. We even discussed in some detail how to export in other formats besides MP3.

Now that we have covered the basics, and even exported a finished podcast, we're going to spend the next chapter going into more advanced Audacity capabilities. We will use more than one audio track, and learn how to split, duplicate, overdub, and a whole bunch more, so that your podcasts can become even better and more professional.
