Summary
In this chapter, we looked into the importance of audits and how assessment of the CI/CD design pattern can benefit organizations and practitioners. Furthermore, we discussed different tools and techniques to perform the audits and assessments. These practices not only ensure the robustness and efficiency of CI/CD pipelines but also enhance the learning and development of teams by identifying areas for improvement and embracing a culture of continuous improvement.
In the next chapter, we will discuss adopting advanced design patterns for CI/CD covering self-learning design patterns and further evolution of design patterns and roadmap for adoption of these advanced design patterns.
