Chapter 17: Securing Assets
Security is a primary concern when dealing with the content of a platform. The Domo platform has all the tools that we would expect, covering the governance of people, groups, roles, content, authentication, network security, company settings, content embedding, feature settings, and more.
However, with so many assets to manage and so much flexibility regarding how to manage usage across the platform, it is advisable to first consider a policy framework that will guide tasks in securing platform assets. Understanding organizational culture is a critical component along with the tools' capabilities in establishing an effective security policy.
